Laura Dankof, MSN, ARNP is a nurse practitioner, speaker, author and founder of Path to Health and Healing, LLC. Laura’s mission is to provide health information to empower others to take charge of their health and transform their life. Health and healing is about addressing the whole person. This includes healing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Laura over 20 years of experience working in health care. She obtained her Bachelor Science in Nursing from Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. She later received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Indiana. In both cases she graduated with honors.

As a nurse practitioner Laura has taken a special interest and has received additional training in natural and functional medicine. She has been a guest speaker at conferences and has spoken on topics related to complimentary and alternative medicine.

As a child Laura was very shy and realized how not expressing your authentic self can have a profound impact on your health and happiness. She knew if she could find the courage to express her own authentic self, she could help others do the same. Through her gentle and simple approach she will help you find the courage to no longer be a victim of societal expectations or self victimization. You need to be your own advocate. It is time to step out of your ego and allow your spiritual essence to shine through.

It is her hope that she can plant this seed of awareness in you as you discover your own path to health and healing.
