The Learning & Engagement Research & Development Manager will play a crucial role in the Learning & Engagement Department, providing high quality primary and secondary research for the whole organisation to develop and improve its work. With relevant experience and plenty of enthusiasm, you will bring a combination of efficiency and attention to detail. You will be warmly welcomed in our busy team and supported by our chief executive, though also need to work from your own initiative.

We support people with learning disabilities, autistic adults and children, people experiencing metal health issues and those affected by the Grenfell Fire. Sadly, the impact of the pandemic means the charity is needed more than ever. Since March 2020, we have been able to provide financial hardship support to over 19,000 music creators and increase access to our mental health services by 40%.
